Since the 1980s, Nuova Jolly Marine hasn’t limited itself to just making boats. The company lends boats to businesses that are anything but ordinary, putting the quality of the materials and handling at sea to the test and thus collecting valuable feedback for the pursuit of perfection.
Its founder, Domenico Aiello, has not only passed a passion for his work on to his children; the values of the entire family also reflect their commitment to social issues.

The team travelled over 2000 miles immersed in ice with the ultimate goal of exploring the relationship between man and nature, as well as the Arctic Ocean itself: an incredible demonstration of endurance for Nuova Jolly boats.
2019. Professional skipper Sergio Davì relied on Nuova Jolly Marine to build a boat that can meet an extraordinary challenge: from Palermo to New York, passing through the ice of Greenland.
The collaboration between the captain from Palermo and the Nuova Jolly shipyard began with the Ice RIB Challenge and the building of the Prince 38 CC, which he would use to mark the history of boating.
After 6,270 total nautical miles and 330 hours of solo sailing, the first challenge ended with enormous success and the Statue of Liberty in the background.

Sergio Davì torna a navigare gli oceani a bordo del Prince 38 CC, in una missione che sposta la meta finale in California: Ocean to Ocean RIB Adventure, a crossing of the two oceans from Palermo to Los Angeles, totalling more than 10,000 nautical miles.
This challenge brought important news for the Nuova Jolly Marine family: Production Manager Antonio Aiello and Executive Director Teodoro Aiello were on board during the two key stages of this incredible undertaking, demonstrating the reliability of their boats to themselves and the world.
Antonio Aiello joined Captain Sergio Davì on the Gran Canaria – Mindelo, Cape Verde stage: 840 nautical miles, 44 hours of non-stop sailing.
Teodoro Aiello was on board for the Mindelo – Kourou, French Guiana crossing: 1,770 nautical miles, 6 days and 8 hours of non-stop sailing

The Fari d’Italia RIB Experience covered around 1,300 nautical miles, enriched by the culture of our peninsula.
The sea was experienced in a 360° tour that reflected our Italian soul.
This time, the challenge went beyond testing boats and breaking records: Mediterraneo in Rosa was founded in 2022 in support of ‘Cuore Rosa’, a free transport service for female cancer patients provided by the Lorenzo Perrone Association.
A trip of more than 500 nautical miles along the Tyrrhenian coast of our peninsula.
An initiative strongly supported by Antonio Aiello, accompanied by his daughter Sara, and with the support of the entire Nuova Jolly Marine family, Mediterraneo in Rosa has brought media attention to a boating industry where women are at the helm, in support of other women living through a delicate moment, such as an illness.
The first edition raised more than €15,000 for the Association and its free support services for cancer patients and their families, for whom the Aiello family has the utmost esteem and respect.
In 2023, Nuova Jolly Marine took on a whole new experience. The Fratelli Cervi high school in Limbiate proposed the shipyard as the location of their fifth year trip.
Excited at the thought of being able to share their passion for nautical Made in Italy craftsmanship with future members of society, the Nuova Jolly Marine team enthusiastically accepted this new ‘mission’.
The success of the visit to the shipyard and the organised programme, including sailing on Lake Lecco, led the team to host fifth-year classes from the same high school again in 2024, happy to act as a point of reference for the niche of the nautical world.
